APPLICABILITY
Applicable to members contracting for more than 100 kVA of installed transformer capacity.

TYPE OF SERVICE
Single or multi-phase, 60 cycles, at the following standard voltages; 120/240 volts, 3-wire single phase; 120/240 volts, 4-wire three phase; 240 volts or 480 volts, 3-wire three phase; 277/480 volts, 4-wire three phase, or other voltages as may be mutually agreeable.

RATE - MONTHLY

Service Charge $55.00 per month
Demand Charge: $3.65 per kW of billing demand

Energy Charges:
First 150 times kW of billing demand @ $0.0860 per kWh
Next 150 times kW of billing demand @ $0.0820 per kWh
Next 300 times kW of billing demand @ $0.0750 per kWh
Over 600 times kW of billing demand @ $0.0675 per kWh

DETERMINATION OF BILLING DEMAND
The billing demand shall be the maximum kilowatt demand established by the consumer for any period of fifteen (15) consecutive minutes during the month for which the bill is rendered, as indicated or recorded by a demand meter.

POWER FACTOR ADJUSTMENT
The member agrees to maintain unity power factor as nearly as practicable. The Corporation reserves the right to measure such power factor at any time. Should such measurements indicate that the power factor at the time of his maximum demand is less than 90%, the demand for billing purposes shall be determined by multiplying the metered maximum demand by 90% and dividing the product thus obtained by the actual power factor.

MINIMUM MONTHLY CHARGE
The minimum monthly charge shall be $1.12 per kVA of installed transformer capacity.
